Why Us
Founder-market fit
Ed Gaile
Founder
I've seen the PA crisis from every angle. My father was a physician's assistant. I spent 20+ years building payer-side technology for NASCO (the backbone for 36 BCBS plans), Cigna, Blue Shield of California, and BCBS Massachusetts. And then my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer, and I lived the PA process as a patient's family while she fought for her life. That's when I stopped thinking about this as a career problem and started thinking about it as something I needed to build.
